Yearly billing is cheaper than monthly for every plan. For the suite, twelve monthly payments come to $179.88, which is $59.89 more than paying yearly.
When one app is enough
Most people start with one real problem: the budget, dinner, a messy notebook or a workout log. Buy the app for that problem. If you never open a second app, a suite is just a more expensive way to pay for the first.
It is also fine to use Apollo for one thing and someone else's app for the rest. Each Apollo app exports your data, so trying one doesn't lock you in.
When the suite earns its price
- You'd use three or four apps anyway, including Alluvium.
- You plan with a partner. One subscription covers you both at no extra cost. Money and meals can be shared; notes stay private unless you share one, and training stays private.
- The apps overlap in your week. Meal planning and the grocery budget, for example, are the same conversation for many households.
What the price doesn't cover
There is no free trial. Each app has a live demo with sample data that needs no account. Apollo's pricing page states that your first payment is refundable within 30 days, once per person; read the current terms before you buy.
