Questions about running a household on Apollo

What is a household management app?

Does one subscription really cover both of us?
Yes. Create a household and invite your partner, and the owner's subscription covers you both — you each sign in with your own account and get access without paying separately. A household is two people.
Do we have to use all four apps?

Can my partner and I share a budget but keep separate notes?

What happens to our data if someone leaves the household?
