Delete your Apollo account
One Apollo account is shared by Alluvium, Welkin, Hearth, and Cambium. Deleting it closes your access and deletes the associated product data, subject to the limited legal, security, and fraud-prevention retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Request deletion
Sign in to verify ownership, export anything you want to keep, and submit the deletion request. This web flow works even if the mobile apps are no longer installed.

Email us from the address on your Apollo account. Include “account deletion” and the Apollo products you used. Never send a password, bank credential, or one-time sign-in code. Support will verify ownership and help complete the request.

- Export data you want to keep; account deletion cannot be undone.
- Cancel any App Store or Google Play subscription in that store's subscription settings. Deleting an Apollo account does not control marketplace billing.
- You can also start deletion inside each app from its Account settings.
